Our club hosts writing competitions most Fall and Spring semesters thanks to the generous sponsorship of Norco College ASNC and ICC. All eligible entrants must be Norco College students. Each written piece will be edited by the advisors and editors of Clear Perspectives: Publication.

Guidelines
- Contestants must publish work in the Clear Perspectives: Publication monthly edition. Competitions are open to various creative writing styles, such as poetry, articles (Informative or argumentative), short stories, comics, monologues.
- All pieces must adhere to the 2000-word count to qualify for a top 3 prize. Submissions over the word count will be published on the site, but will not be eligible for a prize.

- Faculty advisors and the Coordinator of Student Activities will judge eligible entries for the writing competition. Judges will award the most distinguished pieces first, second, and third place prizes respectively.
- Contestant winners will receive Amazon gift cards sent to their RCCD student email accounts. Contestants must provide their registered name and student email to receive their prizes. Decisions of the judges are final.
